About the Columbus Jobs Foundation
We are a group of business and civic leaders that created the Columbus Jobs Foundation in early 2015 to highlight the attributes that make Columbus County an ideal location for business and industry. The Columbus Jobs Foundation works with county government to create local incentive packages for new business and industry. The Foundation also has a revolving loan fund to aid start-ups and entrepreneurs in Columbus County.

The Columbus Jobs Foundation owns and maintains the Southeast Regional Park, a 165-acre industrial park near Whiteville, NC with water, sewer, gas, rail and high-speed Internet access. U.S. 74-76 and Southeastern Community College are adjacent to the park.
Located in south eastern North Carolina, Columbus County is ripe with growth for both start ups and existing industry. Our local economy supports agriculture and manufacturing industries. Textiles, tools, plywood, household doors, furniture and windows are some of the many products produced here. Columbus County contains three industrial parks located in Whiteville, NC, Tabor City, NC and a shared park with Brunswick County in Delco, NC. Our Major Highways include: I-74/76, 701, 410, and 130.
